" The Box Lady " has been in the packaging business for over 20 years.
The Box Lady, a newly developed company, sought to meet the needs of an
expanding market for design packaging and related supplies. Carrie realized
early, that changes were taking place in the industry. There was a need
for new and creative ideas, and the box business had taken on a new trend.
She knew the customers needs would become more demanding in order to stay
on the cutting edge. |

Carrie prides herself
in servicing the needs of her customers. She recognized the potential for
success in the packaging market that would be dependent on the supplier
who had expertise, foresight, and service. One who is orientated and willing
to accommodate their current demands.
After working in her chosen field for over twenty years, the birthing of
"The Box Lady" began to take its form, right in the basement of her own
home. After six months she knew she could be successful. This led to the
opening of her showroom at 353 Grand Avenue in Oakland California.
Being an entrepreneur, Carrie realized early, the need to move even further
forward. After only six months, she had outgrown her Grand Avenue location.
It was then when she decided to leave her job and go into full time, full
scale business as "The Box Lady". She relocated to Edison Avenue in nearby
San Leandro California.
After researching and analyzing to ascertain the impact of quality products
in today's packaging market, in particular the fancy packaging trade, she
found the potential for success is directly dependent on servicing the
needs of the customer. She has found that the types of packaging supplies
she does market have been highly successful in the small to mid size businesses,
and wishes to bring her knowledge to others with a like mind.
